All our castles have variable prices. There is something to accommodate all sizes and budgets so please ask a member of the team to email you a product guide which contains all this information for you to review in your own time.
We currently operate in South Gloucestershire and Bristol, any bookings within 10 miles of our registered address have no delivery charge. Any bookings outside our 10 mile radius incur a £0.30 per mile additional charge.
Yes. Most of our inflatables are designed for either indoor or outdoor use. However, we only allow our castles outdoors from April – August. If you wish to use any of our equipment indoors, we would strongly suggest that you ascertain the internal dimensions of the room including floor space, ceiling height, and access to ensure that the item fits. Also, check for low beams and dangling light fittings. We provide all dimensions in our product guide for each individual castle which is available upon request. Unfortunately, soft Play Packages are currently only available for indoor use.
Currently, we do not allow our inflatables to be kept with customers overnight. However; we are willing to review this on individual occasions dependent on the circumstances of the hire. Please don’t hesitate to ask and where we can, we will accommodate.
Unfortunately we do not currently have the demand for a generator which is the piece of equipment needed if we don’t have access to a power source. We can only currently provide inflatables for sites that have access to a power source, we have various extension cables but are not able to accommodate any venue where there is no power source within 10m.
There isn’t any particular age limit set for our castles legally, but we ask all customers to use their initiative when supervising the castle that is hired to them and don’t allow any misuse of the equipment or too many users on the unit at one given time.
